Yes absolutely. We pride ourselves on being able to offer one off bespoke items.

Generally our lead time is four weeks from the point of order. Lead times can increase near or during school holidays and can be as much as 10 weeks. Bespoke items may take more than the standard 4 weeks due to manufacturing processes and availability of raw materials.

As we make a variety of products for many environments and uses, our warranty varies across our product ranges. All of our products are made to order and given the utmost attention to detail. Quality and reliability is our company focus. In the unlikely event of a product failing, please contact us in the first instance so we can try to help. We do not cover misuse or wear and tear. Warranty timescales can be confirmed upon enquiry for specific products, and we offer warranties of 1-5 years.

Yes, we can deliver to your customer directly. We deliver to ground floor only and must have decent access. If delivery is to be made on a restricted road, please give us information on restrictions and where needed a parking permit.

All our furniture deliveries are made using our own transport, however for larger projects, we may require outsourced transport to provide the most economical and with a lesser environmental impact.

Delivery is included on all standard published website and catalogue products for mainland UK, however Cornwall and some Scottish postcodes may incur additional charges. This will be advised at the time of order. Bespoke quotations are quoted as ex-works and delivery can be given on a price by price basis depending on quantity and area for delivery.

Yes this is possible, but must be arranged in advance.
